SUP competition

Our precious gulf of Nicoya is the venue of the first Stand Up Paddle race since the pandemic started – and we are participating!

SUP boarding is one of the activities we offer here at Bahia Rica, and the area is just perfect for practicing flat water paddling.

Here at Bahia Rica, Vigdis has always paddled a lot, mostly kayak. This year the focus has been on the SUP boarding, and she will for the first time enter an official race.

So wish her luck – hopefully she will make a good figure for Bahia Rica in the race tomorrow at O’Pacifico.
