Ocean Clean Up Sept. 18th!

We are joining a huge effort on the whole Nicoya Peninsula on September 18th. Together we call on everyone to join us doing massive clean up of the ocean and the beaches of the peninsula.

We hope to see a huge number of volunteers cleaning the beaches on our peninsula. We are joining the effort with our Kayak Ocean Clean Up project.

Join us on September 18th and help us clean our ocean.

We provide:
Free use of our kayaks
Life vests
Bags and scoops for picking up trash
Water, limonade, biscuits and coffee


You have to bring:
Mask
Sunscreen and hat/caps
Light clothes
Water bottle for refilling
An empty clean 1 gallon plastic container if you have one (for collecting micro plastic for Eco-blocks)

We are making a difference!

In just 1 year we have removed 2 tons of garbage from the ocean here in the Paquera bay with the help from volunteers!

A big thank you to everyone that have spent some hours in the beautiful Paquera bay kayaking around collecting trash.

We invite everyone to help us BE PART OF THE SOLUTION – NOT THE POLUTTION!

Bahia Rica Adventures works to reduce the amount of garbage floating in our coastal waters. The idea is simple – get a free kayak trip in return for collecting and separating the trash and sharing this on social media. We also share our knowledge, and help people of all ages get out on our beautiful oceans and take action.
