Rent a stand up paddleboard (SUP) at Bahia Rica Fishing & Kayak Lodge for a nice day on the water.
Stand up paddleboarding is a great way to explore around the nearby islands, along the shore and into the mangroves. You can put in some laps and get a great workout, or just enjoy the sunset while gliding across the water on a stand up paddleboard. Or even do your yoga on the paddleboard.

1/2 day Sea Kayak Tour

The gulf of Nicoya is truly one of the most spectacular destinations for sea kayaking in Costa Rica. We go way off the "tourist" path on our full day sea kayak tour. The islands and beaches in the area are either uninhabited, or we can encounter local villages. Teeming with fish, we’ll snorkel at every opportunity and take in the wonders of the underwater world. Or we’ll explore mangrove forests, and slow running rivers that offers a habitat for different wildlife.

The sunset and full moon kayak tour embarks on a visual orgy of impressions from your kayak. Watch the sun setting behind the mountains with its' vibrant hues in the sky and on clouds. Then enjoy the rising moon over the calm bay waters as night fall approaches.
